Vivos for Student Registration efficiently collects and distributes student registration information in real-time. Data management and workflows are organized according to each district’s rules, and can be decentralized to each school or centralized to the district. All information is securely kept in a standardized database, conveniently hosted in Microsoft Cloud.
Eliminate redundant processing of students registering at multiple schools
Vivos allows parents to select their top three school preferences for their student. Registration requests are then prioritized and filtered. When a student is denied their first or second selection, their information is automatically transferred to the next school on their list. Districts can see how schools are distributed, and which students are left on waitlists in order of priority processing.

Vivos for Student Registration provides a clean view of data tied to workflows, such as school preferences, program lotteries, and more. Student data can be organized into as many columns as required, as the powerful search tool makes it easy to quickly locate all results. Filtered lists can then be downloaded to Excel for further reporting and other purposes. Registration data is also structured for import into provincial and state data sources, aligning with government processes and saving extra administrative time.
